The cost of our Services and how we are Remunerated
In order to provide financial advice, advisers need to be remunerated by their clients for any work that is carried out.
This can be through either a fee or a combination of fee and/or by payment facilitation through product charging. We will discuss your payment options with you and answer any questions you may have prior to any work being instigated. We will not charge you until we have agreed with you how we are to be paid and we will fully layout these costs in a Letter of Engagement.
All fees are discussed and are laid out in cash terms in order for Clients to fully understand the costs.
You will normally be charged a fee for any initial work carried out in assessing needs and making a recommendation. This fee will be dependant on the type of work that is being considered and the complexity. Typically for investments this fee will be based upon the amount to be invested and will range between 0.50% – 3.00% depending on the amount.
You will also be charged a fee for regular on-going reviews and advice. For Investments this is typically between 0.50 – 1.00% of the funds under management
These fees are indicative and are subject to review annually on 31st December. In cases that we deem to be complex in nature, our fees may be higher than our stated rates. However we will always provide you with a breakdown of our estimated fee and agree this with you prior to undertaking any work.
